Setting up in a technopark and the 4691 incentives
Entering a technopark starts not with incorporating but with your project passing the innovation review. We write the project file, present it with you, and set up the company and the exemption reporting with the same team.
Which incentives apply to you?

From application to settlement
What the application file requires
Common mistakes
- 1Innovation differentiation not demonstrated
When an application uses phrases like 'will be developed with modern technologies,' evaluators cannot compare it to existing solutions. A table of current solutions and technical justification for differentiation is required.
- 2Work packages appear outside R&D scope
If the package is heavy on setup, configuration, and UI updates, it reads as a service rather than development. Work packages should be structured to include uncertainty and experimentation.
- 3Budget conflicts with staffing plan
Budgets showing costs for ten people when a three-person team is planned—or vice versa—undermine the application's credibility.
- 4Commercialization plan missing
Technology parks transform academic knowledge into products. Projects without target customers and revenue models are considered incomplete.
- 5Not reviewing region criteria before applying
Each region has different sector focus and acceptance thresholds. The same application may be rejected in one region and accepted in another; region selection is part of the application.
