Payment is processed by the payment institution named on the site. Card details are not stored by the seller.
Delivery
The service is performed within [X] business days after the order and the required documents are complete. Processing times at public authorities are outside this period and outside the seller's control.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw within fourteen days before performance begins. **Exception:** services that have started with the buyer's approval and services prepared to the buyer's specification are excluded. Fees paid to public authorities are non-refundable.
Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
