Distance Service Contract and Consumer Withdrawal Annex

1. Parties

The provider is the business identified in the order-specific precontract information and invoice. This text uses the details Marcaworld Limited, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom; support@marcaworld.com; +44 7351 452604. The customer is identified by name, address and contact details in the order confirmation. The company number and registration jurisdiction are shown in the business disclosures.

2. Subject and applicable provisions

This contract governs the distance sale and performance of the incorporation, trademark application and related services selected in the order summary. The International Service Terms, accepted order-specific quotation, precontract information and Cancellation and Refund Policy form part of the contract. Business or professional purchases are subject to the commercial provisions; if the customer qualifies as a consumer, the annex below and applicable mandatory law take priority. Conflicting documents do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

3. Service and price

Before payment, the order summary identifies the country, essential characteristics of each item, included and excluded work, official fees, third-party expenses, taxes, total, currency and any renewal conditions. The service or price is not expanded afterwards without required customer approval. The refund status of official fees and partner services is disclosed, subject to applicable consumer rules.

4. Commencement and delivery

Required documents and authority, prerequisites, MarcaWorld deliverables and estimated authority processing are described in the order-specific timetable. If no valid early-start request has been obtained, timing follows applicable withdrawal rules. Filing an application or paying a fee does not alone constitute full performance of all package services. Applicable notification and remedy obligations are fulfilled for impossibility, material delay or incomplete or defective performance.

5. Payment and records

Available secure methods and the actual payment recipient are shown at checkout. Confirmation, the accepted terms version and precontract information are sent in a form the customer can retain. Payment and delivery records are held for the stated purposes and applicable retention requirements. Card details are not requested through support channels.

6. Cancellation and disputes

Commercial cancellation is calculated under the Cancellation and Refund Policy; statutory consumer withdrawal follows the annex below. Remedies for the provider's own errors are preserved. Support requests may be sent to support@marcaworld.com. Applicable mandatory residence-country protections and access to competent consumer bodies and courts are explained for the transaction; selecting another law does not remove those rights.

Consumer Withdrawal Annex — Who It Covers

This annex applies if you qualify as a consumer under the law applicable to your purchase. Your country of residence, purchasing purpose and transaction circumstances are considered. Mandatory consumer protections in Germany, the Netherlands, other EU countries, the United Kingdom and Türkiye are not removed merely because the company is incorporated in the UK or a contract selects a different law. The general cancellation calculation cannot exceed the limits allowed by this annex for statutory withdrawal.

Withdrawal Period and Notice

For distance service contracts subject to applicable EU, UK or Turkish consumer rules, there is generally a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. For other countries, applicable local rights and order-specific information govern. No reason or Marcaworld approval is required. Sending a clear withdrawal notice by email or another legally accepted method before the deadline is sufficient. Any statutory extension applies if the required information was not provided.

Your withdrawal information and the disclosed service terms are provided with the contract confirmation in a form you can retain. A statutory withdrawal refund is made within the applicable legal deadline, generally 14 calendar days from notification for service withdrawals in Türkiye, the UK and the EU, with no refund fee.

EU and United Kingdom — Early Start and Proportionate Payment

If you want work to begin during the withdrawal period, we obtain your express early-start request. Where the required information and request conditions are met, withdrawal during that period may require payment only in proportion to services properly supplied up to that point. The calculation uses the agreed total price and proportion supplied, or the reasonable market value where the price is excessive and law so requires. We do not deduct service charges prohibited by law when those conditions are absent.

Starting work alone does not end withdrawal rights. For a paid service, loss of that right on full performance requires the legally necessary prior express request or consent and acknowledgement that full performance will end the right. An expense list is not used to add a second deduction on top of the proportionate amount.

Türkiye — Services Started During the Withdrawal Period

Where Turkish consumer law applies, Article 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation may exclude withdrawal for services begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. This is clearly disclosed before payment and your early-performance approval is recorded separately. General acceptance of the contract alone does not establish that approval.

This exception does not remove rights concerning defective or unsupplied services. The exception for personalised goods does not apply to formation or consulting merely because it is client-specific. Prospective termination or revocation of authority and the financial settlement are assessed separately; a withdrawal exception does not automatically establish entitlement to the entire package price.

Optional Model Withdrawal Notice

To: [provider legal name, address and email stated in the order precontract information]. 'I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the following service contract. Service or order identification: … Contract date: … Name: … Address: … Notice date: …' A signature is required only for a paper notice. This model is optional; you may use another statement clearly expressing the same decision.
