Refund Policy
This is a draft pending legal review; bracketed fields must be completed before publishing.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Principle
Refund requests are assessed according to the stage the service has reached. Because part of what you pay is passed on to public authorities as fees, the refund may differ from the total you paid.
Before work begins
If document preparation and filing have not started, the amount paid is refunded **in full**.
After work begins
If document preparation, translation, notary or apostille steps have started, the value of completed work is deducted and the remainder refunded. You are told in writing which items were completed.
Government fees
Fees paid to a commercial register, tax office or trademark office are **non-refundable** once filed. These appear as a separate line in the order summary.
Rejected applications
If the authority rejects the application, the service fee is not refunded; where the grounds can be cured, the application is refiled at no additional service charge. Any fees the authority charges again are payable by the buyer.
Annually renewing services
For yearly services such as registered address or accounting, refunds are pro-rated for unused months.
How to request
Send your request with the order number to [email]. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [X] business days.
