International Service Terms
Effective date: 1 October 2026 · Version 2
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
The provider trading under the MarcaWorld brand is the business whose full legal name appears in the order-specific quotation and invoice. These terms use the seller details Marcaworld Limited, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom; support@marcaworld.com; +44 7351 452604. The company number and jurisdiction of registration are displayed in the business disclosures before ordering. If a different business sells a service, its identity, role and applicable terms are disclosed before payment.
2. Services
Depending on the country and agreed scope, services may include incorporation coordination, document preparation, working with qualified local professionals, official application monitoring, trademark application and monitoring coordination, registered address services, accounting coordination, tax-number applications, and support with bank or payment-provider applications. Only items purchased in the written quotation form part of the contract. Regulated legal, accounting and trademark representation work is performed by appropriately authorised professionals; the professional and representation arrangement are identified for the relevant matter.
3. Ordering and contract formation
The configurator, preliminary application and initial consultation gather information and produce estimated costs. A contract is formed when the customer accepts the final written quotation setting out scope and total price and the formation conditions specified in that quotation are satisfied. Order confirmation, applicable terms, consumer information and billing details are provided in a form the customer can retain. Unapproved additional services are not treated as purchased automatically.
4. Purpose of purchase
Commercial terms apply to purchases made for business or professional purposes. Consumer status depends on applicable law and the actual purpose of the purchase. An unincorporated business, use of a personal card or selection of a checkbox does not by itself determine that status. Applicable mandatory consumer protections prevail over these terms.
5. Prices and expenses
The quotation and order summary separately identify service fees, official filing fees, local lawyer or agent charges, address services, notary, translation, apostille, courier and other expenses, taxes and any future-period fees. The total and payment currency are disclosed before payment. Starting prices and estimates do not replace the final agreed price. If exchange rates, taxes or official tariffs create an additional cost, its reason and amount are explained and any required customer approval obtained before proceeding.
6. Documents and instructions
Customers provide accurate, current and lawful identity, address, ownership, beneficial-owner, activity, source-of-funds and authority documents. They must have authority to provide another person's documents. Excess personal information is not requested. Missing documents or signatures, delayed replies and changed instructions may affect the timetable. Material deficiencies are notified in writing with a reasonable opportunity to address them appropriate to the service.
7. Commencement and progress
Paid preliminary review and consulting, case preparation, third-party instructions, official filing and final registration are different stages. The review's scope, deliverable, price and delivery format are specified before payment; completed reviews do not carry a discretionary refund right merely for a change of mind. Non-recoverable commitments require the disclosed scope and necessary client instructions. Commencement and delivery dates are recorded. Consumer early-performance requests require separate information and consent appropriate to the applicable rules.
8. Timing and delivery
The order-specific schedule distinguishes prerequisites for a complete file, deliverables under MarcaWorld's control and estimated processing by authorities or third parties. Deliverables such as an application reference, completed file, incorporation certificate or periodic service are identified for each item. An authority's delay does not permit indefinite inaction; material delays and appropriate options are communicated.
9. Outcomes and independent decisions
Company names, activity licences, trademark registrations, bank accounts, tax status, visas and payment-provider accounts are subject to the competent organisation's assessment. Application support is not a guarantee of acceptance or continued account availability. Incorporation does not establish trademark rights, residence rights or payment-provider approval. MarcaWorld must carry out the agreed work with appropriate care and in accordance with applicable professional requirements.
10. Partners and funds
Using local professionals or subcontractors does not remove obligations and responsibilities that MarcaWorld has undertaken. Where a customer enters a separate contract with an independent partner, that arrangement and the recipient of fees are disclosed in advance. Handling incorporation capital, funding bank accounts, holding client money, transferring funds or collecting for other sellers requires separate legal and provider eligibility where such services are genuinely offered; purchasing a standard formation service does not authorise those financial activities.
11. Payment security
Methods displayed at checkout depend on the transaction, country, currency and provider eligibility checks. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes by email, WhatsApp or support forms. Card data is processed in the secure payment provider's checkout. A pending or failed transaction is not treated as a completed payment. Identified duplicate charges are corrected.
12. Cancellation and refunds
The Cancellation and Refund Policy applies. Cancellation does not undo completed consulting. The disclosed price of a review or other stage properly completed and delivered is not refunded merely for a change of mind. Statutory termination and revocation rights remain separate. Supplied services, qualifying actual expenses, unused or recovered balances and any lawful termination compensation are assessed case by case. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective or unsupplied services and valid payment disputes remain protected.
13. Recurring services
The period, scope, renewal price or pricing method, renewal date and cancellation conditions for registered address, mail, accounting and similar periodic services are disclosed before purchase. Automatic renewal and automatic payment are not assumed without separate clear authorisation. Cancellation does not reverse incorporation; necessary address changes and continuing statutory obligations must also be addressed. Refunds for unused periods depend on the disclosed contract and mandatory law.
14. Eligibility and suspension
Unlawful activity, sanctions restrictions, false documents, concealed beneficial ownership or inability to complete mandatory verification may lead to rejection or suspension of work. Reasons and next steps are explained where legally permitted. This does not automatically permit retention of the entire payment; refund calculations remain subject to applicable rights and genuine expenses.
15. Privacy and intellectual property
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy, the Turkish data protection notice and applicable data protection rules. Customers must be authorised to use supplied names, marks, logos and documents. Documents and deliverables prepared for the matter are provided for the agreed service purpose, subject to relevant third-party rights. Confidential information is shared only with persons who need it to perform the work, maintain security or meet legal obligations.
16. Responsibility and disputes
No guarantee of an authority's independent decision does not remove MarcaWorld's responsibility for its own defective or incomplete work. Liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, non-excludable liabilities and mandatory consumer rights is not excluded. A choice of law and forum for business customers may be agreed in the order-specific contract. Consumers retain applicable mandatory protections of their country of residence and access to competent bodies. Complaints and resolution requests may be sent to support@marcaworld.com.
17. Changes
The version accepted at the time of an order is retained for that order. New versions generally apply to future orders. Material changes to continuing services are notified under the relevant contract and law and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
