What we look at when choosing a country
The same business model does not cost the same everywhere. We settle these four questions before opening a file.
Tax and thresholds
The corporate rate alone tells you little; the VAT threshold, dividend withholding and local filing calendar decide the real cost.
Banking and payments
Incorporating is one job, opening the account is another. We tell you upfront where a remote account is possible and which documents are asked for.
Residency and physical presence
Some countries require a local director, address or office. When they do, it belongs in the annual cost, not the formation fee.
Second-year cost
Formation happens once, renewal happens every year. Accounting, address and official fees are in the total from day one.
